  •   The manager has reached out personally since and had the cleaning finished. He/she went through each step by step process of cleaning, sending me updates via text with photos. The result was much better and to our satisfaction. There are things that should be noted as it wasn't clearly communicated originally -- some things are not included in deep cleaning. The manager let me know and was a lot more transparent.
